Payment Manager has three main components – one-off payments, recurring payments and an administration system.
For one-off payments, web forms, SMS and IVR interfaces are available. Merchants’ customers can make credit or debit card payments through Datacom’s service or web platforms, or via a standalone website, mobile or IVR system.
Web forms for recurring payments allow merchants’ customers to register to make regular payments using direct debits or scheme debit and credit cards. Customer details are securely tokenised to ensure privacy of personal information.
Finally, Datacom Payment Manager’s admin system enables merchant staff to manage payment transactions. Staff have the ability to make one-off payments, provide refunds, create reports, and administer access to the payments service.
